Congratulations to Down. I listened to local radio for second half, Offaly could never put them away, missing a penalty was a crucial miss, despite going 4 points up, Down reeled them in, and won it on penalties. Celebrations in the Ards peninsula tonight. Bad day and year, for Offaly hurling. The players and management will be disappointed. Just have to put it behind them, and make sure they get over the line in 2021. Nothing guaranteed in hurling. Life continues in the real world.
