If the Irish government hasn't increased sufficiently the number allowed to attend outside gatherings by say the All Ireland quarter finals should the GAA consider moving the venues for semi finals and the final to a ground that potentially may have increased numbers by then boomerang (Mayo) - Posts: 30 - 05/08/2020 09:53:13 2286423 Link 2 |

I'm not too hopeful on the inter county season happening in the first place, but if the disease stays spreading in the ROI to such a degree that we're still limited to 100s at games in November, there's no way NI will be unharmed and letting 10's of thousands go to matches. Especially when there's a good chance all the fans will be coming from the ROI! CastleBravo (Meath) - Posts: 1391 - 07/08/2020 10:32:13 2286710 Link 2 |

NI's numbers are quite high too and have been rising similar to ROI. Dublin's numbers given its size are miniscule. That all said if R number hits 2 (it is now ar 1.8) it is curtains to 2020 sport.

Lads - if, and it's a big if, there is an inter county championship in 2020 there will be very few, if any fans attending. Lockjaw (Donegal) - Posts: 7075 - 07/08/2020 11:08:01 2286719 Link 2 |
