Bring back red thumbs. The best improvement the site could make is let people comment on articles. bdbuddah (Meath) - Posts: 768 - 02/07/2020 21:16:11 2282796 Link 5 |

Bring them back I say they don't do any harm. Anyway they are mostly for posters who can't handel when someone else has a different opinion to them. DUALSUPPORT (Limerick) - Posts: 718 - 02/07/2020 22:32:32 2282806 Link 2 |
I think we are all guilty of using the red thumb every now and again to indicate dislike of the poster or his county rather than comment on the quality of the post. The red thumb was a bad idea and popped used it in the wrong way. avonali (Dublin) - Posts: 1325 - 02/07/2020 22:33:09 2282807 Link 2 |
The best improvement the site could make is improve the forum. Allow automatic replies. No wait for messages to be posted up. Allow people adapt the web pages to have different number of posts visible per page. Etc plenty of other changes would improve site considerably KillingFields (Limerick) - Posts: 1636 - 02/07/2020 23:07:21 2282814 Link 0 |
Glad they are gone. Perhaps the one poster who obsessed with them can now move on to his next meaningless crusade. TheFlaker (Mayo) - Posts: 6893 - 03/07/2020 00:37:05 2282819 Link 3 |

Says the same fella(??) who is obsessed with me. Nearly any time I post anywhere you pop up and post something that is complete opposite of what I've said.

If someone gives you a red thumb instead of a response how do you know what their opinion is? Maybe you're making the same point?.. I'm not sure. I get my balance of both thumbs, but since they're green and red I just see my county colours:) If I get a red by itself I think Tyrone... could be the red hand thing or maybe I just need to visit a shrink?!

Lilypad: he doesn't know why. He's told what to think. He's one of the reasons that red thumbs were invented. Ha ha.
