Westmeath- Football: That would have to be Meath, although victories have been few enough they certainly have been sweet. Hurling: Kilkenny would be the gold standard but I believe we've beaten them only once in U21. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that we'd win the All Ireland that year. If ever you'd want a county to win an All Ireland it's Waterford. I was so neutral in 2017 Cos I was genuinely delighted for whoever won... I think that's why beating Cork, Tipp or kilkenny means so much more because when you win something against them you really feel like you've earned it. Great to win after 29 years but when the team you beat also has a great need you do feel for them.
