Show The Colours

(Oldest Posts First)

Rather than constantly looking back why not have something to look forward to? Would Hoganstand promote a national day of colour? We don't, and most possibly won't for the foreseeable, have matches to go to but why not have a day where we can don the maroon and white, fly the black and amber, strut in the red and green, the green and gold, blue, saffron, red, white or whatever your county's colours are? Maybe even extend it to other sporting codes.
The Bank Holiday coming up in May might be too soon but there's another one in June. Why not go for it then or have I finally lost it? What do you reckon HS?

Mayo day on May 2nd...your more than welcome to fly our flag ;) last year we had the Empire State Building and Niagara Falls lit in green and red to name just two famous landmarks.

I've been flying the tricolour myself and many homes have it flying which is great to see.

Poor Leitrim in that instance, being overshadowed by Kerry, Donegal and Meath!

Mayo have a day? I've an Ireland Euro '88 jersey somewhere. I could top it off with a red MAGA cap someone in Doonbeg gave me
