Maybe it could be an opportunity to go back to u18 and u21 permanently. A lot of people preferred it this way. I know the leaving cert is the problem with having minor at u18 but it might be worth it and it would also solve the problem caused by Covid 19. It really wouldnt Keep things at the younger ages and you have less players who will be playing on more teams. School exams etc are far more important then playing minor inter county. Yep too many kids asked to play multiple grades.
