Replying To MillerX:  "Any possibility that Stefan was nominated while playing with Monaghan? I am nearly sure that he won an Ulster with them."
He won an Ulster with Monaghan in 1988. I don't think he was nominated.

Did he even start, I know he came back to Louth in 1989 and played against Meath in Navan, the clip was up a few months back.

No he didn't start . He came in as a sub for Kevin Carragher and scored a point . He started the All Ireland semi final.

See John O'Leary post on the main page, he talks about the tough game with Louth in 92, Stef scored an early goal and had them on the ropes.
