Meath will win this one. They were unlucky in all their games so far. Galway's record in Navan is poor.

That was a div. 2 Galway side, you just have to look at the current situation. I agree that Meath are only a couple of points in games behind any div. 1 team but will be relegated, hardluck on them, but division 1 is no place for excuses. It would be interesting if they win tomorrow, scare the relegation zone. maroondiesel (Mayo) - Posts: 1042 - 29/02/2020 13:02:42 2270828 Link 0 |
I would hardly call the 10pt defeat at home to Donegal unlucky, would you? If anything, it could been double that..

I actually Fancy Tyrone for this one I think coming off the back of a hammering makes them a dangerous prospect, I think u will see a reaction from Tyrone...very surprised if that Dublin team lines out will expect to see 2 or 3 changes if a few of the younger guys coming in.. fancy Tyrone by 3 to 4 pts.

Well, you're great crack : ) The issue is we don't have available enough quality players to stage any reaction worthy of the name.

Nothing is impossible in sport, your premise is based on Galway playing terrible and Meath not only playing better than they have been but having all the luck that they haven'y had so far. You would get great odds in teh bookies on a Meath win

Conditions are unreal in Omagh, ref is unbelievably fussy in this weather arock (Dublin) - Posts: 4434 - 29/02/2020 19:50:17 2270917 Link 0 |
Murder in tunnel at HT disgraceful scenes. Weather shocking, game shocking. Match should not have gone ahead GAA are a disgrace and a ref that allowed that game go ahead should not be officiating. arock (Dublin) - Posts: 4434 - 29/02/2020 20:04:15 2270920 Link 2 |

Agree no place for that, if that was on terrace you'd have the riot squad.

They're bad alright. Game shouldn't have gone ahead but I suppose the cash cow must rumble on. . .

Don't often agree with postponing games. But no way should that have gone ahead. That been said fair play to both sets of players for giving a entertaining game tonight
