During this pandemic season of 2020, several members of the DRP senior men's squad took the GAA's Foundation Coaching Course with Sligo GAA. Well done to the players involved, who gave of their time during the year: Kevin Davey, Jack McDermott , Ciaran McLoughlin, Eoin Gaughan , Josh Henry, Joe Keyes, Paul Logan, Cian McBride , Aaron McCormack, Ronan McCormack, Tom Armstrong, Niall Canning and Niall Collery. We're certain the next 'Mickey Graham' or 'Davy Power' is in amongst this crew somewhere!

For obvious reasons, the club's AGM will be an online event this year. It will take place in December. Date and time will be finalised in due course.

The club would like to acknowledge the contribution of outgoing Sligo GAA Treasurer (and DRP parish resident) Peter Greene to the county scene. Peter is stepping down from his Treasurer's post after 15 years in the role. During that time, he was the driving force behind the stabilising of the county board's finances and the introduction of the hugely successful Club Sligo project, which was key to the funding and opening of the County's GAA Centre of Excellence.
