Nash's AFL Debut

(Oldest Posts First)

I'm reluctant to start a thread about a young lad of 20.
But my god what an achievement
Regardless of club or code this is a gawson of 20 years of age making his debut in professional sport in a game he is still a novice in. Honestly proud of a fellow royal today.
Best of luck Conor , phenomenal achievement

best of luck too the guy but it's the 30 lads that's walking out in croke park today and the Meath ladies team we need to write threads about

If I could give this post more likes then I would.

It's nice to see Nash doing well but, as Meath supporters, our first thoughts should be with the minors who lost and also the ladies footballers.

Fair enough lads
But there is already threads about our minor team.
Also threads about the use of pairc tailteann at half time and an interview on lmfm.
This is a forum site surely no harm in discussing a meath man who has represented this county at under age making his debut in professional sport.
Jesus you can support all meath teams in all codes and still enjoy the success of other sports people

Great to see young Meath Men doing well wheather GAA or other sports. 2 that came to mind recently were James Scully in Para Swimming and Ian Fitzpatrick (formerly with Meath GAA Underage teams and Ratoath) with Irish 7 a side oval ball game. (Sorry just cant say it)

You are correct but there are lots of small mind posting who probably have never played any sport.
