Div 3 And 4 Finals

(Oldest Posts First)

Who do ye fancy for these finals , Ballivor clear favorites for both league and championship titles , although Moynalty doing well to gain promotion , in div 3 Bective promoted already and will play either Carnaross or Meath hill in the final . Carnaross probably favorites to get to final and gain promotion . It's also noteworthy that at 3 of the 4 teams are from north Meath , and have a sprinkling of inter county u20 and junior players on them

Meath Hill will beat Carnaross on Monday, and will beat Bective in the Final, Meath Hill going very well at moment, Ballivor certs to beat Moynalty

On current form Meath hill should beat bective, great buzz around the Meath hill camp on the last couple of years and they seem now to be a very unified determined team. Ballivor will win Div 4 with Moynalty having their eyes on the bigger prize of championship. No stone is being left unturned this year with next opponents Cortown scouted in their recent challenge match against Wolfe Tones.

Meath Hill to clean up , after last years success , they have come to the ascertain that you don't get anything with out hard work . And they appear to buy into this now , and in the players they have they have some of the best young players in the County .Skillful , but with a bit of North Meath metal to boot Slavin , McMahon , Owens , Matthews ,Carolan, Carry , etc. Mix that with the evergreen wiles of Mr Ginnity and Co and you have a fairly substantial outfit by all accounts

Everyone here taught that Ballivor would win div 4 & were certs to beat Moynakty. Think Moynalty caused an upset. But were worthy of there win in Navan. They have a very young team.

Fair play to bective and Meath hill on a great game again today
Nothing to separate the 2 teams after 140 mins of great football
Cahill has done great work with Meath hill to get them where they are today on limited resources
Hopefully They didn't go into Drumconrath this year for a wee celebration
