What happened Kildalkey last night?. A lot of neutrals including myself thought they'd have a great chance of turning Kiltale over. begining (UK) - Posts: 277 - 01/06/2017 11:41:35 1992978 Link 0 |

Agree with thoughts on Kildalkey v Kiltale game. Went as I predicted, Kiltale too much scoring power and Kildlakey have no scoring power. Kiltale will get better and better. Kildlakey for all they have invested were atrocious, offered nothing and must have nothing coming through on bench because they're were several players who should have being taken off and weren't. I think based on the past 2 seasons that Kilmessan struggling is a fair assesment. Failed to make the knockouts in '15 and '16 and Ratoath are an up and coming team. In saying that I think Kilmessan and Kilyon will be Kiltales biggest challengers this year. begining (UK) - Posts: 277 - 01/06/2017 12:55:23 1993020 Link 0 |
Yes, Kilmessan not qualifying last two years was a surprise. I think they and Killyon are the only hope of stopping Kiltale.

are you living under a rock the last few years? fail to qualify for knockouts for the last 2 years league form this year is terrible gave a bye in brendan d cup again kildalkey couldnt field a second team in league last weeknd not good enough for a team with such tradition but bar a few very strong players they have nothing killyon are going to go very close this year very strong team hurlit (Meath) - Posts: 312 - 01/06/2017 14:10:50 1993077 Link 0 |
Yeah Kilyon will challenge Kiltale and will give them a run for their money. Kiltale were in cruise control but that complacency will get them caught. They had some of their forwards sluggish and the back line is open. Kilyon won't let this match go by without giving it there all. Some of the Kiltale scores were incredible. Kildalkey were disappointing no fight in them and yes they never used their bench but they are out this evening in Intermediate and maybe there numbers are not there either. Trim proved clinical when needed last night. Anyone else at the game care to comment. ? lordofthecrack (Meath) - Posts: 43 - 07/06/2017 09:41:10 1996224 Link 0 |

Kiltale v Killyon - Killyon will make it tough by dropping 1 or 2 lads back, this puts a lot of pressure on their forwards to take their chances when they come. Kitale are used to playing against teams doing this now and I think they will come out winners by 4 or 5 in the end. toon (Meath) - Posts: 246 - 14/06/2017 11:36:59 1999510 Link 0 |
Hopefully Brian McMahon will be allowed play. Probably would have beaten Kilmessan with him. But the player we're really missing is Ciaran O'Hanrahan in the half forward line. Ratoath Royal (Meath) - Posts: 1198 - 14/06/2017 13:31:15 1999569 Link 11 |

Would like to know the criteria you used for rating the teams. Foley91 (Meath) - Posts: 339 - 15/06/2017 01:45:51 1999786 Link 0 |
This is my estimate as to where teams stand at the minute, maybe a bit hard on Blackhall but both Longwood and Ratoath are victims of irrational behaviour at the moment and will improve as common sense intervenes. 1. Kiltale 2 Killyon 3. Trim 4. Kildalkey 5. Kilmessan 6. Dunboyne 7. Longwood 8. Ratoath 9. Blackhall 10. Dunderry 11. Athboy 12.
