I really fancy St. Brigid's this year for the junior. Strong young team. Had a good win yesterday over Dunsanny. They have under achieved I recent years. anystir (Meath) - Posts: 41 - 08/02/2016 15:57:54 1823578 Link 0 |
Group B the group of death anyway! Wouldn't like to call who's getting out of it. Group A is poor Meathgaa5 (Meath) - Posts: 333 - 08/02/2016 20:23:55 1823707 Link 0 |

anystir I have to disagree. they don't seem to have made much progress as of late, very close to being relegated last year. I don't think they have enough dept in their squad to win it. Most likely it will be Bective who are the team to beat, maybe the likes of Dunsany, Meath Hill or Carnaross would be in with a chance. trueblue1995 (Meath) - Posts: 27 - 08/02/2016 20:53:12 1823730 Link 0 |

In the senior championship Group A is the weakest group on paper and Group C on paper is possibly the strongest containing the county champions and the beaten finalist with Group B not far behind. On paper I do not see much difference between Moynalvey/St Pat/ Duleek/Bell with Dunshaughlin and Dunboyne about pretty even. browncows (Meath) - Posts: 2189 - 08/02/2016 21:21:58 1823747 Link 12 |

trueblue1995 if you look at the brigids team that played on sunday its a very young average. a lot of lads around 21. 1 lad on county minor and a lad on the junior county a few years ago. I think last year was down to poor management in fairness. anystir (Meath) - Posts: 41 - 09/02/2016 11:10:21 1823836 Link 0 |
on a bit of side note i think 8 euro is a bit expensive for group games especially if first and second teams are not playing in the same venue shrek95 (Meath) - Posts: 77 - 09/02/2016 12:02:41 1823878 Link 0 |

Shot themselves in the foot with that one alright, alot of people like to attend matches as neutrals and in a lot of cases that could be 3 matches in a weekend, €8 is a 60% increase, slightly ahead of inflation...... Analyst (Meath) - Posts: 1338 - 09/02/2016 13:55:57 1823950 Link 13 |
