Well it looks like both Skryne and Summerhill are out of it. Navan were due to play the winners and I see they are now listed to play Dunboyne next week!

That's a provisional fixture pending an appeal by the clubs.

Heard this was a spill over from minor game, some lads who were suspended were in doing water duties and it started on one of the lines, heard it got very rough.

The way it appears to stand is Dunboyne vs O'Mahnoy's in one semi final and Ratoath vs Dunboyne in the other. Dunboyne vs NOM is this weekend. Not sure when the other one is because those two teams play eachother in 21's hurling this Friday

I think you mean Ratoath and Na Fianna in the other

Should be a good semi final between Ratoath and Na Fianna
Saw the tones and Ratoath game last night - it was competitive for about 15 mins but then Ratoath took over
They are good in each line but especially in the middle with the McGowans and the full forward line which scored 2-12 with ahern getting 1-8

Na Fianna will be a much sterner test

In the other semi - I can't see anything but a dunboyne win and I think they will fancy themselves against either of the other two!

Ratoath should beat Na Fianna this time around and definitely have a lot more players to Pick from , whereas it looks Na Fianna have lost a lot of Players from Minor teams. Also a lot of these Ratoath Guys have been playing and Training up until recent with their senior team and should have a distinct advantage because of this.

Dunboyne & O Mahony's will be a win for Dunboyne but could be a lot closer than some people think . O Mahony's minor teams have been fairly good over the last few years and they should be up for it

Ratoath v Dunboyne Final with St Peter's marginally becoming Champions for 2019

I'm just wondering who do Dunboyne have to make them favs and ' older' as described in a previous post.
I remember this age growing up and Dunboyne never really competed well.
I would still fancy Na Fianna to take home the spoils as there individuals are far superior to any other teams.
I think the winner of Na Fianna v Ratoath wins final easily!
Navan a surprise package aswell, wouldn't have may U'21 stars

Navan are a surprise package alright, they haven't played a game and are in a semi due to Skryne and Summerhill misbehaving

Yeah Dunboyne definitely not older. I'd say about 5 of their panel are the full age

Against Navan?
They won't beat either of the other 2 by 10!

Did Summerhill or Skryne not contest being thrown out? Surely it wasn't that bad.

Very interesting listening to Cian McBrides interview and how highly he rated Barry Callaghan and the lads in the squad. Not sure Barry is going again but there is a huge lot of the squad from this year eligible for next year so hopefully we can push on.

Cian is obviously a massive loss both for the 20s and Seniors, the way he spoke though would suggest he may yet play at some stage! It's a good listen, he spoke very well for a young man! https://www.patreon.com/posts/31486283

They did - had hearing and original penalty was upheld
Dunboyne played omahonys this morning in the semi final
Dunboyne won handily - omahonys were poor - but probably would have benefitted from a game before playing the favourites!
