Navan O'Mahonys V St Pats. - Sadly Pats will get mauled in this. Destined for Intermediate football
Scrin V Dunshaughlin - Scrin on the talent should be winning this but Dunshaughlin to win. Scrin look off the rails
Seneschalstown V Kells. Ye have to fancy Kells but Senchalstown have a chance here. I am not so sure this Kells team are all they are made out to be. Lost to O'Mahonys whose form is dodgy at best and beat Scrin team who look like they are not playing for each other or the guys over them. Still tip Kells but dont be surprised if Senchalstown run it close

Rathkenny V Ratoath. Ratoath to win. Rathkenny will be game for a half but Ratoath to win
Longwood V Summerhill . Longwood like St Pats should not be Senior. Stroll in the sun for Summerhill
Moynalvey v Don/Ash - Moynalvey always produce one great display and when they do they are hard to beat. They can beat Don/Ash on a good day. I am tipping Moynalvey to put the cat among the pigeons in this group

Curraha V St Colmcilles. Cilles have been somewhat unlucky. Last year they over achieved and this year they have underachieved. However they can and should beat the Ha but I suspect they have one eye on Rathkenny and it will be hard to motivate lads when one team is eyeing a quarter final spot and the other has nothing to play for. Curraha to win

Na Fianna V Wolfe Tones. I think the winners of this will qualify and so this is a big game for both. However Na Fianna got a serious tanking and exhibition from Simonstown the last day so confidence must be severely knocked whilst Tones got well beat by Curraha. Its hard to guess who will win this. Tones have shown before when their backs are to the wall they can pull out a result so maybe the Tones by the odd score

Simonstown V Dunboyne. There are moments in the Championship when one team steps up and looks like real potential champions and Simonstown did it in spades in Round 4 against a Na Fianna team that was going well. If they play to that level again Dunboyne are in real trouble. The question is can they. I was at the Dunboyne game V St Colmcilles and they looked very ordinary. The champions are looking down the barrel here and need to produce a major performance. This is a massive game between the last 3 Keegan Cup winners. I am going to run with Simonstown as they look hot at the back and have Brin Conlon in great form at midfield and they looked to have found their swagger back up front. Its the Champions to crash out

Clinical if unentertaining win for Don/Ash against Moynalvey but theyre surely worried about these slow starts was the same against Longwood.

Donaghmore/Ashbourne couldn't buy a Keegan Cup. They are defintely not remotely even close to being contenders . I mean if I have been watching their decline for the last 3 years and it's worse their getting. Their is a tanking coming , probably be next Round.

13 points in a game! It was a perfect evening - I'd say they are more worried about their scoring ability

I was at Ratoath game yesterday
Very good performance considering the heavy hearts
The minutes silence was chilling and the show of support from the players was very powerful
Well done to all

Can't see any of the qualifiers in group B doing it. None of them have impressed to be honest. Wouldn't be surprised if all three were to be knocked out in their next games, depending on the results today.

I guess time will tell but what was interesting was that Ratoath brought Joey Wallace Cian O'brien Gavin McGowan in off the bench today and it was the first time this year that McGill and McMahon played together for the club
I think they will be stronger in the knockout stages!

They should have won a keegan by now after so many years of top underage teams. I feel like they've missed their chance and other clubs have caught up or surpassed them in terms of underage development.

Yeah they had one underage side who won at every grade including minor in think it was 2013. Only the McGovern's have really progressed altho they had mick deegan's son in that side as well

I think they are only senior 4 years!

Was at the Dunboyne Simonstown game! Result was never in doubt! Simonstown by far the better team. Sean Tobin had a really good game. Lenihan was very well marshalled - Simonstown won the midfield battle
Not surprised that Dunboyne are out after seeing their display today! As a neutral have to say I thought the ref had a very good game!
Simonstown will be hard to beat!
Great to see Curraha go through this group - I think they have a great chance of getting past Ashbourne!

Anyone wanna try to explain how they rank 3 teams on the same points. Assumed that it was points difference but supposedly Skryne have qualified in second place in group A because they beat O'Mahony's and Dunshaughlin. O'Mahony's are out.
In Group B, the three teams each have one win and one loss against the other teams so no clue how that's ranked.

if three teams finish level on points it goes on head to head. Skryne bet Dunshaughlin and O'Mahonys so they finish second, Dunshaughlin bet O'mahonys so they finish third.
If three teams finish level and they all have beaten each other it goes to score difference.

I'm not sure who is in or out with 3 teams on equal points- the rule governing this does not say that head to head is ahead of point difference. League table put points difference ahead of head to head-take your pick!. Dun/Ash as far as I know was the only Meath team to win a Leinster minor championship. Kells and Simonstown look the strongest teams at this stage, but a bit to go yet.

Cheers for that. Makes it a bit clearer.

I haven't looked at the tables but as far as I know if 3 team finish level on points it goes straight to score difference

The rules governing clearly say head to head is to be used ahead if point difference......
