Yeah Dunderry were missing at least 6 starters...Kennelly only came on before half time and didn't look right Meathmaster (Meath) - Posts: 251 - 29/08/2017 15:45:46 2040167 Link 0 |
Ballinlough have won their last 8 games in both league and championship. Really seem to be peaking at the right time. I didn't think they'd be able to bounce straight back to senior at the start of the season but wouldn't put it past them now. a lot of winner takes all games in last rd....interesting if the lough go full trottle against trim, micks & dunderry could be a cup final.Same with us and castletown likewise bective and kilmainham....syddan will need to a huge favour from oldcastle if they can manage a win....very competitive competition this year. thelutch (Meath) - Posts: 856 - 29/08/2017 18:40:52 2040309 Link 0 |

Be interesting to see if Trim can Knuckle down and pull out a result now that the hurling is over with for the year. Irish_downunder (Meath) - Posts: 476 - 11/09/2017 09:08:01 2044798 Link 0 |

The Ha will win this. Motoring nicely. The only other team would be the Lough, the rest will fade away pretender (Meath) - Posts: 358 - 11/09/2017 11:23:12 2044864 Link 0 |
Trim need to improve a lot to have any chance. They raced into a big lead with the wind yesterday against Balinough who had already quaified and almost blew it. If Trim played Balinlough again you would have to fancy the Lough based on recent performances. oldsam_newsam (Meath) - Posts: 638 - 11/09/2017 12:09:10 2044892 Link 0 |
With the exception of curraha/donaghmore ashebourne in which i fancy the ha i think there will be only a kick of a ball in prem/rd and q/f's games. thelutch (Meath) - Posts: 856 - 14/09/2017 17:00:21 2046039 Link 0 |

You have to feel that Ashbourne have a chance. Only themselves and Oldcastle are unbeaten so far. And they're not going to lose any more players to the senior team. If I remember correctly, they beat Curraha last season too. Ratoath Royal (Meath) - Posts: 1198 - 15/09/2017 12:29:28 2046204 Link 13 |
The intermediate is a tight one to call. The winners of Oldcastle and Trim in my opinion will go all the way. Stretch289 (Meath) - Posts: 5 - 15/09/2017 18:20:56 2046300 Link 0 |
they did alright. some of those ash players are capable of playing for the seniors.

Good win for Nobber tonight Lurch. Bracks looked off the pace a little bit I thought. Ballinlough to win it out for me.
