Hi Ollie I won't be separating the points for the senior alone so you would be better to put in predictions for the 3 grades unless you just want to compete against ratlag and i'll do it just for the 2 of ye de_man (Meath) - Posts: 162 - 17/05/2017 13:14:27 1987501 Link 0 |
Hi de_man. I would not much about the other grades so that's why I just picked the senior grade but if Ratlag would like to do that count me in.

all the predictions and a few bets could have gone out the window tonight , Dunboyne could have been and maybe should have been beaten by Dunhsaughlin. More talented players but some didn't seem up for it, maybe they took it for granted. If dunshaughlin took goal chance near the end it would have been a different story. Dunboyne only got their goal in stoppage time, just a point in it after 60min. i'm sure they will get better, they will need to!!! Footnote (Meath) - Posts: 55 - 17/05/2017 22:10:38 1987744 Link 0 |
Could have but certainly not should have been beaten. Dunboyne also had a guilt edge goal chance in the 2nd half and up until the referee awarding dunshaughlin one of the softest penalties I've ever seen to extent that the dunshaughlin subs and management were as surprised as anyone with the decision dunboyne without playing well we're completely in control. In saying that if the dunshaughlin goal chance that hit the bar had of gone in they might have nicked but overall I think dunboyne deserved it. I was in PT tonight, as an Ashbourne man I'm ashamed to say I'm tipping dunboyne for the Keegan ... I know they Weren't world beaters tonight; they have the squad. Simple as. Heard it here first TakeYourPoints6 (Meath) - Posts: 223 - 18/05/2017 05:11:49 1987782 Link 0 |
Never in a million years was it a penalty! Good tackle/interception by the dunboyne man IMO! Dunshaughlin lads seemed as surprised as anyone else, one of many questionable refereeing decisions TakeYourPoints6 (Meath) - Posts: 223 - 18/05/2017 08:55:39 1987795 Link 0 |
Yes the referee was poor. I thought both sides put in some really good hard aggressive fair tackles and were getting penalised. We should be encouraging this kind of aggressive fair tackling not have referee's blowing up for any kind of contact Blackspot09 (Meath) - Posts: 145 - 18/05/2017 10:03:11 1987827 Link 0 |
