It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of Ann Carroll who at her departure from this life was one of our oldest parishioners at 95 years. Right up to her dudden death she would never miss a Friday night in Finns for her few glasses of Bailey's and her tickets for our weekly Blotto. A mother of a large family, her grandsons and sons wore the gree and gold for Castletown on many occassions with some of her sons on the last team to win the Meath IFC in 1976 for the club. Though some of her family are away in America and more all over Ireland they would still be avid supporters of our club. Ar dheis De go raibh a ainm.
