Mary played camogie for many years and was a very loyal supporter of Drumbaragh GFC and Meath football teams. Drumbaragh GFC expressed a very moving tribute as young and old players, management, officials, past and present, formed a guard of honour at her removal as a fitting farewell to a much loved member. Her coffin was draped in the club colours.
