I am asking the question again WHY"
I just thought that he would like to challenge himself by going to a big club, he done very well to get an average Killinkere side to an intermediate final but I can't see them repeating that feat so i thought he might like a crack with a senior team. It appears that he's staying with Killinkere tho.

not really but its a difficult job to take on for sure. they have the talent up front but dont seem to have the leaders they had in the past

I don't see why they can't hire from within club. They had some serious leaders a few years ago. Surely a management team from that can be made. It's a pity Mickey had to go to Longford.

Mickey did have the gaels job already they did poor that season and voted him out after that season, he deserved more respect than that and his reputation take a hit cuz of it which saw him go to longford for jobs and look at him now.. I believe he is taking the reins at Kiloe a good season or 2 with them and hes right in line for the Longford job if he wants it enough,,

Jayo is a good appointment surprised he took it but obviously thinks its a chance to up his reputation out there as a Manager, Jayo will demand respect and if he can get the young group of talent together the gaels will take stopping any day

Is it true he was not allowed to bring in his own selection and training team ?? If that is true well bad move for my friend Jason

Agreed that Mickey Graham was poorly treated at the gaels seeing as hes done well at a few clubs in Longford and did a good job with the bridge and drumalee. Jason will command respect all right but the gaels are not as fearsome as in the past. In saying that they have a lot of talented players he may be able to get more out of.
