Marina passed away in September and will be warmly remembered as a loving wife and mother, as well as being a good friend. Born in Manchester in 1934, she came to Ireland at the age of five and moved to Cavan in 1961 before marrying her husband Paddy. In 2014 she celebrated her 80th birthday. Marina's funeral mass saw Guards of Honour formed by the Belturbet Bridge club, as well as Belturbet Rory O'Moore's GAA.
