Cork ladies star Brid Stack is set to ply her trade Down Under next year with GWS Giants.
The 11-time All-Ireland winner saw her move to the Sydney-based club confirmed today, having retired from inter-county duty in January 2019.
Stack is the first Cork player to sign a deal with an AFLW club and is set to travel Down Under next month with her husband and young son.
She described the move as “too good an opportunity to pass up”.
