Would it have been better for Cavan to have attended this event they might have came up with some fundraising ideas, rather than rely on the clubs to bail them out all the time.

The Counties attending the event were Armagh, Derry, Donegal, Down, Fermanagh, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Roscommon, Tipperary, Tyrone, Waterford and Wicklow
